I had an amazing time at Mount Irvine Bay, enjoying the serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms provided everything I needed, and the restaurant's setting in an old sugar mill was a delightful surprise. While it's a bit isolated from the bustling tourist spots, which might not suit everyone, I found the tranquility to be a significant plus. The dining options were limited but offered delicious meals, and the friendly staff really made my stay pleasant.
